Notice: COVID-19 Health & Safety Protocols

Ensuring the well-being of our Denizen community

We want to provide you an update on how Denizen is handling the COVID-19 Heath and Safety Protocols outlined by Gov. Jay Inslee, and Washington Department of Health.

In Washington, indoor mask requirements were lifted as of 11:59 p.m. on March 11, 2022. Masks will still be required in certain settings including health care, corrections facilities, and long-term care facilities. State policies do not change federal requirements, which still include masks on public transit.

Keeping the Denizen community safe and healthy for our valued customers, employees, trade, real estate brokers and financial services partners is a priority.

Health & Safety Protocols:

  • Wear a mask to reduce the spread
  • Stay six feet apart, maintain proper social distancing during interactions
  • Wash hands and frequently sanitize high-touch surfaces on job sites and in offices
  • Schedule meetings via phone, text, email and video conferencing wherever possible
  • We kindly ask our customers to stay home if they do not feel well or suspect they may have been exposed, just as we do with our employees and business partners

Denizen Homes will continue to offer our quality customer service while following appropriate health measures.

Stay safe and healthy.
