Vashon Update July 24th

Our clients have been busy selecting their final finishes – Things like flooring materials, cabinets, and countertops.

Our Framing is complete and all of the systems are being installed along with windows and weather resistive barrier. Our electrical service has been approved by King County and PSE be on the look out for PSE working in the street. They are bringing in a new transformer and providing the main power feed to the home. Window installation is ongoing and should have wrapped up in the next few weeks. Once the windows and doors are installed this will help to minimize noise from interior work being performed.
