Vashon Update February 19th

Construction is proceeding well with both exterior and interior elements taking shape – PSE gas service, insulation, drywall, siding and more.

Since our last update we have accomplished a lot of work!  PSE delivered gas service to the home.  Our siding contractor completed a very custom front entry using Neolith cladding.  All our inspections were approved paving the way for insulation and drywall.  Exterior railing work began, and we selected exterior paint colors.  Cabinets are set to arrive March 4th and the interior finishes will begin!  Our job site trailer will be picked up at the end of March will allow us to start our septic system install and final grading so we can prepare to install the driveway and landscaping.
