Vashon Update December 5th

Foundation Work Completed

The Vashon foundation work is complete. We began waterproofing the below grade foundation this week and plan on working Saturday to complete this phase. Onsite drainage work will start Monday 12/7.

Our foundation walls have been poured! All the forms have been stripped and removed from the site. The Vashon foundation damp proofing and insulation is ongoing and should be wrapped up by Monday, then we will begin foundation drainage work. The on site utility trenching and conduit installation will begin in the middle of the week.

Vashon Update August 8th

Denizen Vashon Custom Build – August Update.

Our Denizen Construction Vashon Custom Build is moving along well. We have some upcoming onsite work happening this week starting with the structural fill near the garage. The Rockery will start towards the end of next week. Other key dates for this month include; The driveway pour, stair pour, and fencing on August 29. Vashon Update May 31st

Denizen Vashon Custom Build – April and May Update.

April and May saw great progress on our Denizen Construction Vashon Custom Build. The solar panels and all the tile work has been completed, exterior decking is nearly finished, and we are working on the wood flooring. The countertops have been measured as we push to finish the house. You will notice our exterior fence starting next month with a beautiful cedar and ornamental iron work. Vashon Update February 19th

Construction is proceeding well with both exterior and interior elements taking shape – PSE gas service, insulation, drywall, siding and more.

Since our last update we have accomplished a lot of work! PSE delivered gas service to the home. Our siding contractor completed a very custom front entry using Neolith cladding. All our inspections were approved paving the way for insulation and drywall. Exterior railing work began, and we selected exterior paint colors. Cabinets are set to arrive March 4th and the interior finishes will begin! Our job site trailer will be picked up at the end of March will allow us to start our septic system install and final grading so we can prepare to install the driveway and landscaping.
