Our Denizen Construction Vashon Custom Build is moving along well. We have some upcoming onsite work happening this week starting with the structural fill near the garage. The Rockery will start towards the end of next week. Other key dates for this month include; The driveway pour, stair pour, and fencing on August 29.
April and May saw great progress on our Denizen Construction Vashon Custom Build. The solar panels and all the tile work has been completed, exterior decking is nearly finished, and we are working on the wood flooring. The countertops have been measured as we push to finish the house.

Our clients have been busy selecting their final finishes – Things like flooring materials, cabinets, and countertops.
Our Framing is complete and all of the systems are being installed along with windows and weather resistive barrier.
Things are moving along on nicely on our Vashon Custom Build. Wood framing to be completed this week! We have started roofing the beautiful decks and plan on having all of the roofing work completed by the end of next week.
All structural steel has been installed at Vashon and our wood framing continues and will be completed on 5/5/21.
